With our technology, acoustic panels become an integral part of your interior design. We offer an impressive selection of panels, ranging from compact ceiling formats measuring 60 x 60 centimetres to large wall panels measuring up to 120 x 300 centimetres. The colour and surface texture can be designed in a variety of ways, and the panels can also be used as sturdy room dividers in particularly stable designs. In addition, they have excellent acoustic properties that enable a noticeable improvement in room acoustics.
Acoustic panels for offices
Acoustic panels for officesWhen it comes to protecting against noise stress, textured surfaces prevent sound waves from reflecting. The right combination of renewable raw materials and synthetic resin creates a surface that absorbs and scatters sound waves, preventing reverberation or even echoes from occurring in the first place. However, a room should not be completely ‘soundproof’, as this can be irritating and unpleasant for many people with sensitive inner ears.
The European standards of DIN EN 13501-1 are decisive for flame-retardant building materials in public buildings in Germany, which is why we base the material properties of our sound insulation elements on this latest EU directive.
We can draw on a wide range of materials and colours for the design of our sound insulation elements, provided they meet our structural requirements. This allows us to tailor the look and feel to your individual design ideas.
One way of giving our composite moulded parts their final shape is to trim their edges with a high-pressure water jet. This is particularly suitable for moulded parts that are intended to create a warm ambience and a pleasant feel in vehicle interiors. When using wool, cotton or jute in particular, water trimming ensures visually soft edges that do not compromise on precision and dimensional accuracy. And what looks soft is also pleasant to touch.
