The rear walls of commercial vehicle cabins must be extremely sturdy in order to protect the driver and passengers from sliding loads. Design and noise protection usually play a rather minor role in their construction. This is precisely where our partition wall cladding, which is custom-made for each vehicle model, has a decisive advantage.
Without further restricting the limited space in the driver’s cab, partitions made of modern composite materials offer sound insulation, enhance the interior design and provide additional comfort, for example through additional storage space, coat hooks or holders for first aid kits or warning triangles.
E-mobility offers completely new possibilities for vehicle comfort and functionality. Equipping usable space and storage areas with lightweight and stable composite materials is one of our special areas of expertise. Removable boot inserts and sturdy shopping baskets made of felt and synthetic resin – each with the vehicle logo – underline the innovative design and comfort of modern vehicles. To ensure that these boot inserts make optimum use of the space available in each vehicle type, we manufacture the appropriate mould individually and adapt the material to that of the boot interior trim. This results in a harmonious design with optimum functionality.

We develop and manufacture most of the tools required for our moulding processes in-house. This enables us to respond quickly and flexibly to customer-specific requirements – from simple contour tools to complex moulds for large components.
We actively support our customers in the creation of drawings and 3D data – from the initial draft to the final production-ready design. On request, we can take care of the entire CAD design process ourselves. This results in precisely fitting components, tailored to the material, function and manufacturing process.
For us, quality is not a final step, but an integral part of every process. Using modern testing methods and clearly defined standards, we monitor every stage of production – from goods receipt and production to final inspection.
