Immediately after the moulding process, we refine our components and prepare them optimally for subsequent assembly. Collaborative robots apply the required adhesive strips with precision. The add-on parts are then attached by trained employees who can work quickly and safely thanks to clear orientation points. A particular strength of our process is three-dimensional laser projection. This technology projects the exact positions of the add-on elements onto the moulded component with millimetre precision. This creates maximum clarity, reduces sources of error and ensures consistently high fitting accuracy. Whether clips, plastic strips, textile fasteners or reinforcement elements: we integrate all components in such a way that the subsequent assembly process at the customer’s site can be carried out easily and efficiently.
