In many areas, series production is developing towards production with a batch size of 1. Since the founding of 3D Composite in 2016, there has been a strong focus on the development of efficient and dynamic production processes. The in-house construction of the production facilities with a strategic focus on digital production has turned out to be the right decision today. Through the targeted use of modern production approaches, such as the product-neutral robot cell in connection with up-to-date software solutions, we can offer our customers a high level of quality and reliability. At the same time, we manage the often difficult balancing act between batch sizes and the degree of automation. The economic efficiency with small to medium quantities has helped the 3D composite to achieve a high level of market acceptance, especially in the caravan industry.
